Call me a grinch, but I've never been super into Christmas music. In high school, it seemed like a lot of people (mostly girls - observation only) were really into Christmas music. But, Mollie has introduced me to a few Christmas albums that I can hear over and over. They are for the most part instrumental.
Herp Alpert and the Tijuana Brass Christmas Album - Snappy trumpets toot some old time Christmas faves. I almost laugh when I hear some of the songs because they are so awesome.
Charlie Brown Christmas - This is on constant repeat at our house, and for good reason. Classic.
I'll also give a nod to The Carpenters Christmas album. Go on and Grooveshark these amazing tunes.
PS Grooveshark (grooveshark.com) allows you to type in exactly the song/album you want to hear, whereas music services like Pandora choose the songs for you within a genre you specify).
"Hear hear!" (pun intended) I love them all. I hope Mollie has introduced you to H.A. and the T.B. greatest hits as well.
