I saw this ice cream being made on Food Network's "Kid in a Candy Store," and thought it sounded pretty good. Turns out, I was right. In case you can't see the label, it says, "Vanilla bean ice cream with a salty caramel swirl and fudge covered potato chip clusters." Sounds weird, but it is the perfect salty/sweet combo that I am known to love.
Are you guys Jimmy Fans? Love the "Models With Buckets" sketch that involves pouring the melted version of this ice cream on someone's head. Also, chocolate covered chips....weird. Rocky Mountain does those but I can't bring myself to try them!
